01

Par 4

306 yards

Hit your opening tee shot over the bunkers on the left and you have a short iron to an elevated, grand piano-shaped green. Pins tucked back left are always tough.

Par 5

536 yards

The drive faces hazards left, long, and right. The second shot is to a narrow neck of undulating fairway, with ponds left and hazard right. The long narrow green is crowned and is protected by bunkers short and right.

Par 3

176 yards

The longest par 3 features a long iron over a pond to an elevated green – a run-up shot is an option.

Par 4

305 yards

Always a birdie possibility. A wide fairway with no bunkers means you can rip it off the tee. A wedge approach is slightly downhill to a long green.

05

Par 4

339 yards

Drive the ball between the bunkers on the right and a large, blind pond on the left. There is a wetland beginning 230 yards from the tee. A mid-iron approach uphill to a pin that’s not always fully visible makes the second shot challenging.

Par 3

143 yards

The signature hole forces an all-carry tee shot over wetlands. The large trees that frame the hole can affect the tee shot.

Par 4

378 yards

A solid uphill, over-wetland tee shot that carries at least 200 yards is a must. From there the hole slides to the right to a wide flat green protected by a series of bunkers up the right side.

Par 5

433 yards

A tee shot to a wide fairway that ends 230 yards from the tee, but anything right bounces toward a hazard. A good drive can set up a reasonable shot to reach it in two, although the narrow green is elevated between two bunkers.

Par 4

369 yards

A tough one at this point in the round. You must turn over to avoid trees left and bunkers straight off the tee. The green is protected by bunkers and a large mound in front of the green.

Par 5

475 yards

Drive the ball downhill to a wide fairway that slopes to the right. The second shot must carry a wetland extending 120 to 175 yards from the green. The approach is a short club uphill over three bunkers to a long narrow green.

Par 4

329 yards

A short but wide uphill fairway is the last breather for a while. Not much trouble here, but a small green makes birdie tricky.

12

Par 4

357 yards

A long, tight par 4 with no margin for error. Hazards right, OB left, and the fairway slopes in both directions from the middle. The fairway ends 150 yards from the green, so you have to hit a mid- to long-iron shot over wetlands to a very narrow, undulating green with a bunker and water left.

Par 3

123 yards

The Dye trademark with railroad ties surrounding the entire left half of the green. Lose it to the right or long and it will bounce into a hazard.

Par 4

301 yards

A dogleg forces a layup to the right center of the fairway. A hazard runs along the right side while a bunker guards the left. The approach is to an elevated and shallow green that slopes from front to back.

Par 4

343 yards

The drive requires a straight shot over a crest with a bunker and hazard left and a hill sloping to a hazard right. The approach is a mid-iron over a wetland to a wide green built on a peninsula in a pond. Left, short, or long is wet; right will be safe in a bunker.

Par 3

139 yards

All carry over a pond with some catch bunkers in front. The green is fairly wide but not too deep, and there are big swales on the back of the green.

Par 4

375 yards

Drive the ball between the bunker left and the trees on the right. You then have an approach to a long narrow green that slopes toward a pond guarding the left side. The Cascades in the background make this a very scenic hole.

Par 5

485 yards

The drive is the easy shot, with a wide fairway and only one bunker which is out of reach for most. The fairway narrows up on the second shot, requiring a left to right layup to about 100 yards out. The tough shot is the wedge over a wetland to a narrow, somewhat blind 3-tier green.
